Here at Titcombe Bespoke we have years of experience providing a concierge service and we enjoy it! Your email, WhatsApp or phone call will be directed to a member of our team who specialises in the area you need advice in. We can communicate via your chosen media, providing images, measurements and all the information we would share in a face to face consultation. Our in-house team travel the globe and attend the world’s largest trade shows looking for the right gemstones for your criteria before manufacturing your designs in our in-house workshops.
At this stage our customers may like to come into one of our branches for the finishing touches for a much shorter consultation or continue to work remotely – the choice is yours.

We understand how precious time is and if you are unable to make it in during our opening hours then our concierge service is the service for you. Each of our handpicked gemstones and diamonds are unique in colour, shape, size and any other characteristics. Many of our designs are one off, unique pieces which are all finished by hand, not machine. This makes it difficult for our pieces to make it to our website, accurately representing how unique each piece is or before it has been purchased by someone who loves it.
