If your order cannot be dispatched within four working weeks, we will notify you within two working days where you will have the opportunity to cancel your order if necessary.
Please be aware that all deliveries need to be signed for, so do ensure there will be someone at the delivery address – we will contact you with a dispatch date when your order is ready. It can be negotiated on a convenient day for you once your item is ready.
Your order will be in discreet packaging which will contain any paperwork accompanying your order, the item and a box or relevant packaging.
Please note that orders may be subject to security checks, which can cause delays in the processing of orders. We may need to contact you to carry out these security checks – if we are unable to reach you using the contact details provided it will delay the despatch of your order. For deliveries outside of the EU the VAT deducted at 20% is removed from your order at checkout.
Please note that any duty and taxes that may be levied in the country of destination are the responsibility of the customer.
* Parcels will need to be signed for in person. Please ensure the delivery address is an address where you will be at the time of delivery (home or work). If you are not present at the time of delivery, our courier company will leave a calling card and you will be able to reschedule your delivery for a more convenient time.
* Transactions are processed in pounds sterling.
* Complimentary delivery worldwide unless you require your order with a shorter timescale in which case a price will provided for a Fed Ex delivery.
