I regularly travel from London to see John for bespoke orders. He is the only person I trust with valued heirlooms. In London there are plenty of swanky jewellers but the skill that John has is rare and I haven't ever encountered a set up where I could speak with the person actually making the jewellery. Examples of his skill are that he remade my mother's and grandmothers wedding rings for us into a different shape and managed to keep the hallmarks intact. He set a large diamond with beautiful double claws for safety. John, is in my opinion, one of a kind and is supported by excellent staff such as the manager Mark who kept me up today as the work progressed.
